Planned preventive maintenance is scheduled work carried out to prevent failures — servicing, testing, cleaning and inspection on a set calendar. Reactive maintenance is the response to a fault that has already occurred. A strong PPM programme significantly reduces reactive costs over time.

Yes. We manage the full mobilisation and transition process, including asset verification, documentation handover, permit transfer and staffing, so there is no gap in service.

Yes. We can manage DEWA and district cooling accounts, meter readings, billing verification, sub-metering and tenant recharge reporting as part of our utilities management service.

Yes. Our core technical teams are directly employed, trained and uniformed. Specialist works such as lift OEM servicing are delivered by approved partners under our management and supervision.

We plan, carry out and document the statutory testing and inspection required by Dubai Municipality, DEWA and Dubai Civil Defence, and maintain the records and certificates on your behalf.

Most clients appoint us on a fixed monthly comprehensive or semi-comprehensive contract based on the asset register and agreed scope. Call-off and one-off project pricing is also available.

A monthly report covering PPM completion, reactive work orders, response-time performance against target, asset condition observations, consumption data and recommendations for upcoming works.
